For WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT—MCRA is the county’s ONLY free, one-on-one, ABE, GRE, ESL ADULT EDUCATION program. If an adult wants to better themselves and improve job skills, all they have to do is contact the Program Director, Tara Truett at ttruet@midyork.org. A tutor and material will be found; the nearest library will provide the space and meetings will be individualized to suit the client.
